1. Conditions

1a What you must do

You must:

(a) use ecomlocations.com in a responsible manner

(b) must first have the consent of that company or business.if you register as an employee, agent or representative of a company or business.

The images or videos on this website, or sent to you via dropbox or email,  must:

(a) only be used in the planning, preparation and pre-production of film, television, photographic, video, corporate or other approved projects;

(b) not be reproduced, published or communicated, posted or framed in any way except as expressly provided for on the site;

(c) not be converted into any other form;

(d) not be modified;

(e) not be uploaded to anyone else, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed; and

(f) not be used in any form for resale, without the prior written consent of ecomlocations.com.

1b What you must not do

You must:

(a) not use ecomlocations.com for any activities which breach any laws or regulations, infringe a third party’s rights, or are contrary to any relevant standards or codes.

(b) not make any fraudulent enquiries or bookings using ecomlocations.com

(c) not use another’s name, username, password without permission

(d) not tamper with or hinder the operations of ecomlocations.com

(e) not knowingly transmit any virus or other disabling feature to ecomlocations.com

(f) not attempt any of the above acts or permit another person to do any of the above acts.

2. Prices and services are subject to change

All prices displayed and services offered to be supplied on ecomlocations.com are subject to change without notice.

3. Goods and Services Tax

If GST is imposed on any supply made by us through ecomlocations.com, you must pay to us, in addition to any consideration payable or to be provided by you for this supply, an additional amount for the supply calculated by multiplying the prevailing GST rate by the consideration for the relevant supply payable or to be provided (without any deduction or set off) by you under any other claused in these Terms and Conditions of Use. Any amount payable by you is payable on demand by us, whether such demand is made by an invoice or otherwise.

4. Security

(a) For security reasons, we may require you to re-authenticate yourself and/or your business or company from time to time.

(b) If, in ecomlocations.com‘s reasonable opinion, you breach any of these Terms and Conditons of Use, we may suspend, terminate or limit your access to ecomlocations.com and terminate the Terms and Conditions of Use effective immediately.

5. Changes

We may vary these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. We will give notice of any variation to subscribers registered with us by email to the email address notified to us by the subscriber. We will give notice of any variations to users of ecomlocations.com who are not subscribers by posting the revised Terms and Conditions of Use on the home page of ecomlocations.com. Your continued use after such a notice will constitute acceptance of the variation.

6. Indemnity

You indemnify us and our officers, employees, agents or related bodies corporate from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected to the use of ecomlocations.com or it’s services, by you or the business you represent.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

While ecomlocations.com has taken great care in selecting and providing the images available on this website or its image database, to the extent permitted by law ecomlocations.com excludes liability for disruption and/or loss of your data or your computer system which may occur as a result of downloading any images from this website or sent via email or other means.

The Trade Practices Act 1974 and similar State and Territory Legislation in Australia may confer certain non-excludable rights and remedies on you in relation to access to or use of this website (Consumer Rights).

ecomlocations.com does not exclude any Consumer Rights, but does exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute. Subject to any Consumer Rights you may have, the images on this website are provided as is and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting any other term or Consumer Right, ecomlocations.com does not warrant that:

(g) the images are fit for a particular purpose or of merchantable quality;

(h) your use of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free; or

(i) any defects in images will be corrected.

8. Generally

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement between us which will continue in full force and effect.
